Hendrik Hammje, Chairman and interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Hendrik Hammje, German citizen, is a former investment banker from Altium Capital, a leading European investment-banking group. In this capacity he has executed numerous private and public market transactions for new technology companies. Mr. Hammje was most recently involved in assisting the management of the Duravest subsidiary BMTS execute on its strategy. He is thus already intimately familiar with the Duravest model and its positive, value accretive relationship to its subsidiaries. His experience also includes working as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers and as a management consultant at Roland Berger strategy consultants. Hendrik Hammje holds a masters degree in business administration and law from the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland.

Dieter H. Benz, Member of the Board and interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Dieter H. Benz, Swiss citizen, has many years of experience as a Member of the Senior Management and Financial Director in service enterprises and industrial companies of the electronic and machine industry. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Hügli Holding AG, a Swiss public company of the consumer goods industry. In addition to his duties as a CFO he was also responsible for the Investor Relations. After basic commercial training, he took university entrance examination and went on to study social- and economic sciences at Zurich University. He is a certified financial controller.
